Pubs in small towns in Ireland often don't close at 11:00
like they are supposed to. We had a good time in The Squealing Pig in Monaghan.
Monaghan is in Ulster, right on the border of North Ireland. My ancestors used to farm near there. That's the first place we learned to enjoy Irish whiskey.
We also learned that the bathroom is called the BOG (for obvious reasons)
